Sharp POS Cashless
Aimed at the Schools and Colleges market, Sharp has developed the Schools and Colleges Cashless Canteen Module dor Sharp POS.
Using either biometrics readers (fingerprint recognisation) or MIFare card technology students can make purchases at the canteen without the need for money. Whilst the system manages free school meals, parents can also top up the students cashless accounts with online payment engines such as ParentPay or WisePay.
Cloud Loyalty System
Sharp POS has partnered with BlueRunner's Cloud based loyalty and gift card management system.
BlueRunner's system creates a single customer view which delivers enhanced customer loyalty.

Cashless Catering
Fully integrated with Sharp POS, mySmartPhoneMoney is a new SmartPhone payment system that is both fast and convenient. Customers download the free app to their SmartPhone, register it and top up their account with a debit card or by Internet banking.
The System offers an alternative way of making payment using the money in their mySmartPhoneMoney account and is particularly suited to education and corporate catering environments.

Birmingham City Football Club’s installed Sharp EPOS in their 10 hospitality suites, to service the demand for busy match day! Birmingham City Football Club was formed in 1875 and is a Premier League club based in Birmingham, England. Prior to the installation of their new EPoS system, Birmingham City had a mixed range of stand-alone cash registers serving their hospitality suites. Due to taking catering operations in-house and the demands of a busy match day, Birmingham City required a new range of state of the art, efficient cash registers.

Winter Wonderland selected Sharp for unusual and most demanding project in Central London Hyde Park in 2015 with 72 Sharp POS terminals and 4 Tablets
Winter Wonderland, is an annual event sited in London’s Hyde Park for 10 weeks over the winter months offering a pop up theme park style event to celebrate Christmas featuring shows, thrill rides and restaurant and bar facilities. In 2015 Sharp were approached by Winter Wonderland to ask if they could provide a fully networked solution that could be installed in Winter Wonderlands Bavarian village, a collection of 10 bars, restaurants and café’s, in just a few days, the system would be operating for just 10 weeks before the system needed to be decommissioned and packed away for storage for re-use the following year. Sharp accepted the project and working with systems partners Ignitus, installed 72 Sharp 15” Touch Screen terminals and 4 tablets all fully networked and running SharpPOS software and including Sharps biometric fingerprint recognition logon system for security with the whole site up and running in just 4 days. Ignitus commented that this was one of the most unusual projects they have ever implemented due to the temporary, pop up nature of the project in such an isolated location as a Central London park but the project was hugely successful thanks to Sharp who provided the perfect unique solution to match the customers requirements in a very short space of time.
